CAMPER POLICIES

Cabin Mate Policy

During online registration, parents and/or guardians can enter up to 3 cabin mate requests.
It is the responsibility of the guardian to communicate with other parents/guardians about mutual requests or not wanting a request.
Requests must be within one grade of each camper.
You will be notified 1 week before camp if there is an issue with your cabin mate request.
Siblings are generally placed in separate cabins; unless requested otherwise.

Cabin mate requests may be submitted or changed two weeks prior to camp.

WAITLIST POLICY

When a spot opens, you will be notified by e-mail.
If your camper isn’t offered a spot in camp one week prior to the start of camp, your deposit will be automatically refunded.
If a spot opens and your camper has no intention of coming, your $50 Application Fee will not be refunded. To receive a refund please cancel the wait listed registration as soon as you change plans.
Do not register your camper in a camp week “just in case” they do not get into the wait listed camp unless they plan to go to both sessions. If they get into the wait listed camp and you cancel out of the non-wait listed camp; the $50 application fee is non-refundable.
